Self Adjustment of the Spine
Learn a unique self-treatment to adjust your vertebrae, sacrum, rib cage and cranial bones. Using a step-by-step process, promote alignment at multiple layers of your being for greater health, energy and insight.
You can increase mobility and alignment by creating a connection between the cranial sutures and different areas of the body. Then you can synchronize this connection with your cranial rhythm to deepen the adjustments.
For bodywork practitioners: This material will also expand your diagnostic & treatment skills.
Topics Include:
- Creating an information relay between each area of the spine and its correlated cranial suture
- Balancing the rhythm & motion of the cranial bones with sacrum/pelvic structure/hip joints
- Individual adjustment of key vertebral locations
- Releasing and aligning the ribs and ribcage structure
- Freeing & synchronizing the energy rhythms of the body
Create greater ease of body, mind & life with this potent self-healing technique.
Learn more about this original method
Alignment is not about moving a structure from one fixed point to another. It’s about recovering a fluid range of motion that allows the body to coordinate with the force of gravity. Through increasing the mobility and alignment of the vertebrae, sacrum and cranial bones, you experience a dynamic synchronization of forces for elevated health and consciousness.
Self healing is the deepest healing
To transform dis-ease usually requires that you take the reins into your own hands at some point. Others can support and facilitate change through treatments and therapies, often having major positive influence. But in order to access the deepest layers of self-healing and self-realization we need to be involved directly in our own process.

Here's what people are saying about this course:
"This morning when working on the lumbar vertebrae, I heard and felt a click in that area like something was moving into alignment. The muscle aches I was having in the hip region has subsided. Thank you for sharing this subtle and yet powerful work."
Claudie Rydel, Interior Designer; USA
"The exercise with the mastoid and PSIS was profound. I've had pain around my left PSIS and sacrum from an old injury. During the exercise, pain gently rose to the surface then subsided. Something eased around my PSIS and mastoid and I felt a lifting of the occipital ridge (GV16)."
Dawn Oei, Shiatsu Practitioner & Instructor; Scotland
"I appreciate the embodied learning, connecting the physical and energetic. I already feel a shift in my posture and energy. I also feel more accuracy in the position of my sacrum.”
Alissa Fields, D.C.; USA
