Some Important Tips

We encourage you to move through this course sequentially without skipping any of the lessons. It's optimal to spend at least a few days with each new section so that your system can acclimate to the changes the techniques create in your body. This will help you integrate them into your life sphere without excessive disruption.

Even if you've been involved in self healing and/or light body activation for years, give yourself the gift of approaching this material with beginner's mind. Be open, curious and discerning as you delve into this material. Take time with each video and practice each process several times before moving on to the next one.

Pay Attention to How You Feel

The materials presented in this course stimulate change in the body, emotions and thought patterns as the structure mobilizes and aligns. If you're experiencing acute health challenges, it's better to go slowly so that your system can more easily adjust to changes. Gradual shifts in alignment gives your body and mind time to adapt and integrate as you develop.

Rather than overload your system with too much change too fast, take it slow so you can enjoy the process. Greater alignment = stronger flows of energy. This can cause toxins that have been compressed in the body to release and discharge. These toxins can be chemical, emotional and/or psychological. Physical toxins need to be flushed out of the system through the bloodstream, skin, intestines, and/or kidneys. Emotional and psychological 'toxins' or residues need to release through the outerbody and through the web of a person's emotional landscape and belief structure. If too much toxicity is released at one time, your system may become overloaded. This can cause sickness, discomfort and emotional turmoil.

Pay attention to how you feel as you move through this course. If you find yourself very tired during or after a process, it may be you've had enough for now. Rest and take care of yourself with time in nature, good quality food and time with friends and family. The basic rule of thumb is not to force things. If you push change, you may have discomfort or crisis as your body and life shift quickly to reflect the new alignments. There is no need to overwhelm your system with too much change at one time.
